In accordance with Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), NetFire accepts copyright infringement complaints for material believed to be hosted on our network or servers. To submit a complaint, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent using one of the methods listed below.

Note: Submit your complaint by email or by mail, not both. Duplicate submissions are unnecessary and will not speed up the review process.
To ensure that your DMCA complaint is processed in accordance with the law, your written notice must include all of the following:
A clear description of the copyrighted material that you believe has been infringed.
The specific location (such as a direct URL) of the infringing material on NetFire’s network or servers. This is required for us to locate and address the issue.
Your full contact information, including your name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
The following statement:
"I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
The following statement:
"The information in this notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
Your signature. If submitting electronically, a typed signature or electronic equivalent is acceptable.
When NetFire removes or disables access to material based on a DMCA complaint, we will notify the affected client. That client has the right to submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed in error.
If a valid counter-notice is received, NetFire will comply with the DMCA by restoring the content unless the original complainant files a court action within the time specified by law.
Please be aware that NetFire may document and share DMCA notices and counter-notices with relevant third parties, including public repositories, as allowed under the DMCA.
