Whether your team is in the office, working remotely, or somewhere in between, our Helpdesk Service is here to keep your operations running smoothly. This page is your complete guide to how NetFire supports your team, including what's included, how to get help, and what you can expect from our service.

Important: This is not the same as our helpdesk ticketing portal. This is a monthly support service where your business commits to a set number of technician hours each month.

Instead of paying $120 per hour for remote or onsite support, you can lock in a discounted rate of $75 per hour for remote work by pre-purchasing your monthly hours.

This service is use-it-or-lose-it. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.


What's included

  • Fixed monthly commitment: You choose how many hours of support you want each month.
  • Discounted remote rate: Remote work is billed at $75/hour, compared to the standard rate of $120/hour.
  • Onsite availability: Onsite work is billed at $120/hour, plus any applicable travel charges.
  • No device-based pricing: We do not charge per endpoint, per user, or per ticket.
  • Flexible usage: Use your hours for any technical needs — including troubleshooting, system reviews, user support, or configuration help.
  • NetFire ecosystem only: This service is available exclusively to businesses operating within the NetFire ecosystem.

How it works

  1. Decide how many hours you want per month.
  2. Receive discounted access to our remote technician team.
  3. Submit your requests directly to our support team for fast, expert assistance.
  4. Track usage and renew each month as needed.
  5. Unused hours expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Need to know

  • Hours must be used within the same month.
  • No refunds or rollovers for unused time.
  • Travel fees apply to onsite visits.
  • Support is available during standard business hours unless otherwise agreed.
