Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Wi-Fi on Wheels service (“Service”) provided by NetFire LLC (“NetFire,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, each end-user (“User,” “you”) and each event organizer (“Organizer”) agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Definitions

Organizer: The individual or entity booking Wi-Fi on Wheels for an event.

User: Any individual accessing Wi-Fi on Wheels through a captive portal or otherwise connected.

Access Fee: The amount charged to a User to connect to the Service, payable through the captive portal or Organizer’s arrangements.

Equipment: Mobile tower(s), access points, network hardware, and related infrastructure deployed by NetFire.
Service Availability
NetFire provides the Service on a best-effort basis. While high availability is targeted, no guarantee of uninterrupted service is made.
Service may be degraded or interrupted by interference, environmental factors, excessive demand, or uplink provider issues (e.g., Starlink, Organizer-provided fiber).
NetFire may perform planned or emergency maintenance without liability.
Access and Authentication
- All Users must authenticate through the captive portal, voucher, pass, or other approved method.
- Users are responsible for securing their devices, passwords, and access tokens.
- Organizers may request branded captive portal configurations; branding must comply with applicable law and not include prohibited or misleading content.
Fees and Payments

End-Users: Fees are displayed on the captive portal and must be paid in full before service is granted.

Organizers: Fees for Equipment rental, delivery, setup, and support are detailed in the service proposal.
- All fees are non-transferable and payable in U.S. Dollars.
- Failure to pay fees may result in denial of access or removal of equipment from the event.
Responsibilities of Organizers
- Provide accurate event details (location, expected attendance, duration).
- Obtain all necessary permits and authorizations for deployment on-site.
- Ensure NetFire personnel have safe, reasonable access for setup and recovery.
- Prevent tampering with or unauthorized access to NetFire Equipment.
Limitation of Liability
NetFire is not responsible for loss of revenue, data, or opportunity due to Service disruption.
NetFire’s liability is strictly limited to amounts actually paid for the affected Service period.
Organizers and Users assume responsibility for their reliance on connectivity.
Suspension and Termination
NetFire reserves the right to suspend or terminate Service immediately if:
- A User or Organizer violates these Terms, the AUP, or applicable law.
- Payment is not received.
- Equipment is at risk due to unsafe or unlawful conditions.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Purpose
This AUP defines prohibited behaviors to maintain a safe, lawful, and efficient network for all Users. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
Prohibited Uses
Users must not use the Service to:
- Engage in unlawful activities (e.g., copyright infringement, fraud, hacking, terrorism-related activity).
- Transmit or distribute viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
- Harass, stalk, threaten, or abuse individuals or groups.
- Access or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
- Operate unauthorized servers, proxies, or cryptocurrency mining rigs.
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass security controls, captive portals, or billing mechanisms.
- Consume excessive bandwidth in a manner disruptive to others (e.g., torrenting, bulk downloads, continuous large-scale file transfers).
- Access, view, distribute, or promote sexually explicit or pornographic content.
- Access or use commercial streaming services (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Spotify) for entertainment purposes. Streaming may be blocked or throttled to preserve capacity for legitimate event use.
Organizer Restrictions
- Organizers must not resell access except through arrangements with NetFire.
- Organizers must not alter, move, or tamper with Equipment.
- Organizers must not misrepresent Service availability, speed, or coverage to Users.
Monitoring and Enforcement
NetFire reserves the right to log, monitor, and analyze network activity.
Violations may result in throttling, disconnection, suspension, or referral to law enforcement.
No refunds will be issued for Service loss due to AUP violations.
Wi-Fi on Wheels Privacy Addendum
This addendum supplements the NetFire Privacy Policy and applies specifically to use of our Wi-Fi on Wheels wireless internet service (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to both the NetFire Privacy Policy and this Addendum.
Information Collected
In addition to the categories described in the NetFire Privacy Policy, the Service may collect:

Connection Data: MAC address, IP address, session times, duration, and access point used.

Usage Metrics: Aggregate bandwidth consumption, session counts, domains accessed (metadata only).

Authentication Data: Voucher codes, login attempts, and validation records.

Payment Data: Payment information processed by third parties. NetFire does not store full payment details.
How Information is Used
- Authenticate your device and manage session activity.
- Allocate bandwidth, detect abuse, and enforce AUP restrictions.
- Provide anonymized usage statistics to Organizers.
- Identify malicious or unauthorized activity.
- Respond to lawful requests from authorities.
Data Sharing
NetFire does not sell personal information.
Data may be shared with:
- Event Organizers (aggregated/anonymized).
- Payment processors (for transactions).
- Law enforcement, if legally required.
Retention
- Connection logs: retained up to 12 months.
- Anonymized analytics: retained indefinitely.
- Payment data: governed by third-party processors.
User Rights and Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting legal@netfire.com.
Please note: Connection logs may not be immediately deletable due to security and legal obligations.
Children’s Use
The Service is not directed at children under 13. Organizers are responsible for obtaining parental consent. NetFire will delete any collected information from children under 13 without consent.
Security
NetFire uses commercially reasonable safeguards. However, no transmission method is 100% secure. Users assume risk when using any wireless network.

End-User Access Fees
Refunds will be granted only if:
- The Service is completely unavailable during the paid period due to NetFire’s fault.
- The refund request is made within 7 calendar days.
No refunds are issued for:
- Device configuration issues.
- Service degradation due to environmental or uplink issues.
- Violations of the AUP or ToS.
Organizer Bookings
- More than 30 days prior: 100% deposit refund.
- 15–29 days prior: 50% deposit refund.
- Less than 15 days prior: No refund.
- Setup, delivery, and recovery fees are non-refundable once incurred.
Refund Process
Submit requests in writing to techmarket@netfire.com including:
- Event details
- Payment reference
- Reason for refund
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
