All NetFire Cloud virtual machines include Blazing Support, which provides proactive monitoring and regular OS patching managed by NetFire Support.

Percentage of processing power in use across VM workloads
Amount of physical memory consumed by applications and services
Usage, performance, and health of the OS drive
Usage, performance, and health of the attached data drives
Status and date of the most recent successful system updates
Recorded incidents of unexpected shutdowns or failures
Enforcement of operating system firewalls
Custom monitoring checks require a signed Service Order, prior approval for billing, and remain subject to the MSA and applicable Terms of Service.

Select your preferred notification methods

You can select one or more notification methods that NetFire should use to alert you.

Receive notifications and monitoring alerts to your email
SMS notifications about alerts will be sent to the list of defined contact mobile numbers
Notifications can be sent directly to a dedicated Slack channel using a Webhook URL
Alert escalations can be configured with Pagerduty using an integration key
Webhook URL's and API integration keys can be provided to NetFire and configured later.

Maintenance Schedule

Updates and Maintenance

Tell us how you'd like NetFire to handle updates and scheduled maintenance windows. All maintenance must be completed between 9:00 AM and 1:00 AM Eastern Time.

Maintenance will be conducted during the 1st and 3rd week of each month.
Maintenance will be conducted during the 2nd and 4th week of each month.

Service Policy Acknowledgment

By completing this form, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following service terms and conditions:

Operating System Updates (Included)

  • NetFire will perform twice-monthly patching of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Regular operating system updates are included in the service.
  • Major version upgrades are excluded unless explicitly agreed upon.

Software Deployment and Updates

  • NetFire will assist with deploying software or updates based on specifications provided by the Customer.
  • Customer approval is required for all major software changes.

System Troubleshooting and Optimization

  • NetFire will monitor and resolve performance bottlenecks within standard system configurations.
  • Complex systems optimization efforts beyond standard services will be billed at our standard Systems Administration hourly rate.

Custom Monitoring Checks

  • Requests for monitoring checks beyond the standard scope may be provided as a billable service, charged separately from the standard monitoring package.

Relationship to Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Service Orders

  • This acknowledgment supplements the Customer's existing agreements with NetFire.
  • In the event of any conflict, the terms of the signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), applicable Addendums, or executed Service Orders will prevail.
